These terms govern your use of Baji APK – account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonus eligibility, betting rules and responsible gaming. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

All transactions on Baji APK are processed in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer are subject to minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals require completed identity verification before processing.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of opt-in. Attempting to abuse bonus terms – including multi-accounting or irregular bet patterns – will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
Bets placed on Cricket, PSL, Football and other markets are final once confirmed. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. In the event of technical errors affecting odds or results, Baji APK reserves the right to void the affected bets.
Fraud, collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting tools and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. Baji APK will close accounts found to be in breach without prior notice and may withhold balances pending investigation.
Baji APK provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools to every account holder. These are accessible from account settings at any time. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above only.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Baji APK platform, accessible via the website at bajiapk.vip and through the Baji APK mobile application ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full.

Baji APK reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated on an account that is found to belong to an underage user will be forfeited.
Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on the B aji APK platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment details – is a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be withheld pending review.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any payment details used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. Baji APK may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time.
Before processing a withdrawal, Baji APK may require you to complete identity verification. This may involve submitting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Verification requests must be responded to within a reasonable time. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is completed.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials – including your password and any one-time PINs – confidential at all times. Do not share your password with anyone. Baji APK staff will never ask for your password via chat, email or any other channel.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately through the in-platform live chat or email. You are liable for all activity on your account until you report unauthorised access to us. Baji APK is not responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with a third party.
We recommend using a strong, unique password for your Baji APK account that is not used on any other platform. Enabling any additional security features available in your account settings – such as two-factor authentication where offered – is strongly advised.
Baji APK processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. The availability of each method may vary and is subject to change. Current payment options are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are shown at the point of making a deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your account quickly – JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically process within minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Baji APK does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the details on your Baji APK account. Deposits received from mismatched sources may be returned, and the account may be subject to review.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier. Processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours during business days; bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (see Section 2.4) before they are processed. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be requested against the relevant bonus balance. Real money balance that has not been subject to bonus conditions may be withdrawn separately subject to verification.
All balances, stakes, winnings and bonuses are displayed and processed in PKR. Baji APK does not apply any internal currency conversion charges for PKR transactions. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside Baji APK's control and are your responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on Baji APK – including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and any seasonal promotions – are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of opt-in. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion details on the Promotions page. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering – contribution percentages are listed per promotion.
Baji APK monitors betting patterns on bonus balances. Placing bets designed to exploit bonuses rather than for genuine gaming purposes – including placing opposing bets, using abnormally low-risk staking patterns solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other accounts – constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled, and the account may be suspended.
Bonuses have a validity period after which they expire. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account at expiry. Validity periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. If you have an active bonus with a wagering requirement, you should complete that requirement before opting into a new bonus. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
A bet is accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation from the Platform. Baji APK reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where odds are clearly erroneous, where there is evidence of suspicious activity, or where system errors have resulted in incorrect prices being displayed.
Cricket markets – including Pakistan Super League, T20 Internationals and Test matches – are subject to the specific settling rules for each market type. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to system availability. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs or significantly altered from the scheduled format, settling rules specific to each market will apply. These are detailed in the sports betting rules section within the platform.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits vary by sport, market type and event. The applicable limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your bet. Baji APK may apply individual account-level staking limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the event not taking place or being abandoned; manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error; the market being opened or settled in error. Voided bets are returned as stake to your real money balance.
Official results as recognised by the relevant governing body are used to settle markets. Baji APK's decision on disputed results, once finalised after review, is final. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant event settling.
All casino games, slot titles and bingo rooms on Baji APK are provided by third-party game providers. The rules governing each game are embedded within the game interface and form part of the terms applicable to that game. In the event of a conflict between a game's own rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will apply to that specific game.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed before you begin playing. Progressive jackpot games may have specific eligibility requirements for the jackpot that are stated within the game. Malfunctions in any game void all pays and plays – if a game freezes, disconnects or returns an error during a session, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's technical records, which are considered definitive.
Bingo rooms operate on scheduled timetables and formats that are displayed in the Bingo lobby. Tickets purchased for a bingo game that is subsequently cancelled will be refunded to your account balance. Results of bingo games are determined by the random number generation system and are final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji APK. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance, including real money deposits, subject to investigation:
All content on the Baji APK platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, promotional materials and audio-visual content – is the property of Baji APK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from Baji APK. Unauthorised use of Platform content is a violation of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
Game content provided by third-party providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights and is licensed to Baji APK for display on the Platform. Your use of any game does not grant you any rights in that game's content.
Baji APK collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, identity verification, deposits and withdrawals, and general Platform use. The full details of how your personal data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where required.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account data, by contacting support. Some data may need to be retained for a defined period for compliance, fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes even after an account is closed.
Baji APK provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform operational and accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baji APK is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from interrupted gameplay, technical errors, delayed withdrawals outside our control, or your failure to comply with these Terms.
Baji APK's total liability to any user in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
